okay here it is Sorry for the late ass post becuase I had no time since I went NY the next day.
Well got there in time for open bar and met some friends and new ones aswell. I was really skeptical about going since last time I went it wasn't so well and those damn ravers where pissing me off. Yeah I heard that Scott Henry wasn't gonna make it (hope he gets better). Yeah Dan Sampson instead was called in the last minute. Which me,Busy Child and TypeRaver just went nuts over. Its been awhile since I heard anything from Dan Sampson. Well I was chillin in the small room and I was really getting into the DnB and Break stuff and me being one the guys who is not into that type genre. But I gotta admit it was just great and the crowd was pretty cool.
Finally Dan The Man came on. Start off with with some soft Progressive House tracks but then he went into that Harder stuff just blow me away :crazy:. It was awesome to hear him again since he always knows how to work up a crowd and get the juices flowing and wear you out :p . This was my time ever seeing Danny Howells But ass soon as start it got really crowded. His set had mad energy and hard as tracks and then towards the end he was playing break witch went really well. Both DJs rocked it super well. I am sorry I can't name any tracks of either guys since I really don't got any albums. I need to skim around for Dans album if there is one. Well I had so much fun and the place was going wild the whole night and got to meet some past friends.

I had a good time. Danny Howells rocked it. This was my first time seeing him and I can see why everyone whores him so much. He is definatley a crowd pleaser. He played a little bit of everthing, started with house a bit funky, moved into tribal, then techno, then some prog, then breaks, and he even played a DnB tune.
I danced hard the entire night despitre having a 9am class the next day.
The coolest moment for me was probably when he did a live Edit of New Order - Blue Monday on the cdj1000 towards the end of his set. |

lol...man i wouldn't have been able to go even if i had a sitter... i pulled my back really bad picking up my son that day.. i wasn't sure i was going to make it on sat dancing.. i thought i was going to have to stand at the side for Ferry....
.. YEAH! i don't feel like i missed too much I'm gonna see him at WMC just cuz you peeps talked so well about him! |

I have to see him!
I was so mad, but i have the dumbest reason for not going =P.
My haircut appt got cancelled last weekend, and the only time I could reschedule for is Saturday at 9:30 AM. So i left for home on friday night and just stayed there =/. Oh well, in a couple years hopefully he'll come back again =P. |
