I think wot coup means is that the thread title is 'What's The Best Broadband ISP?' Now I understand that to mean any service provider that sells an internet connection that is of a speed of 512kbps or more (Even though some ISP's will contest that anything over 128kbps is broadband). Whether it be adsl or cable it is still classed as broadband by OFCOM. :) |

actually adsl has double the upload of cable.
but cable is easier/cheaper to network.
its most likely though he cant get cable if he is specific for adsl. |
