Personally I think Marché is a perfect example of what happens when you try too hard to please everyone and mandate variety over quality. Trendy crowd, long waits, high prices, mediocre food.

But, that's just my humble opinion and I haven't been there in a while, it may have changed. Just a wee warning to those who haven't been there before. The critics always seemed to like it though. Also this doesn't apply to all Mövenpick restaurants, just that one.
Mako
Yeah like charmscars and skipper suggested, I think we should go to a place which provides a good variety of dishes, so that everyone can have a choice and will be happy.

As for the date...well i think the friday after the one coming up would be good.
Mako
Well yeah let's consider price here, not everyone wants to pay an arm and a leg for a good dinner. So yeah here's two things to remember when suggesting:

1) price
2) amount of variety that caters to people's choices

This is true. They've got enough of a variety of food that I find rather hard to get sick of. (Especially since people don't usually make it a habit to go to a $20/$25 buffet every week.)

Hmm sounds like a good idea, plus I think a lot of people won't mind eating there either. So what do you guys say? Mandarin? I'm putting up a poll soon to decide, how's that?

I agree! Movenpick is good.. Marche however is not worth it.

p.s Mandarin has my vote!:D I once went there with 10 of my buddies, they were so nice to accomodate all of us!
