Why aren't cameras allowed?

| You can read in a lot of topics about clubs and events where you aren't allowed to bring you digi-cam inside - why is that? I think it's stupid. Of course there are a number of ways to get it in (your underwear etc), but still...cameras should be allowed...it's all about memories, right? :) |

| it's because of restrictions and crapola. Some djs don't want their pics taken, you can have liability issues yada yada yada it's kind of pointless but they do it to cover their backs. |

| cuz for the DJ, its like looking into a strobe light when mixing. . . .business wise, i think its to keep the clubs safe in case something bad were to happen inside. |

they do it because they can.
if a club bans digicams, i wonder what their stance is on cel phones. most new phones come with integrated cameras. |
