The State of Washington Attourney General finally sent out checks for the lawsuit filed against price fixing CD's. The total was $13.86 per person that filed. This was the lawsuit that was settled last year and was open for enrollment last fall or so. 43 states participated in the lawsuit totalling millions. I dunno if other states sent checks out earlier, but I thought I was supposed to get the check at the beginning of the year.

It's not much...but

Take that Rebel Scum!!!

Price fixing usually refers to when companies illegally collaborate to ensure higher prices. Rather than all competing for business, they just get together and agree to charge the same unreasonably high price across the board.

lol, you don't think this was warranted?

price fixing is a huge issue that can take a lotta money from you. I am kinda glad they did.

so bad example of hyper-litigiocity (is that a word). there are many more cases that better prove that point.
