Drum n bass parties allways have breakdancers

And i think people who dance to drum n bass are awsome, expecially those junglettes

i used to this kind of stuff back in my freshman / sophomore years in high school... wasn't too good, of course, because i was just starting...

but i did teach myself basic handstands, cartwheel, sloppy kind of turtle, horrible windmills...

when i was in 9th grade i learned the steps. i impressed a few people at dances with this sequence: 6 step>swipe>rubberband>variation of 6 step>into my last move of either a backflip, backspin, or if i was feelin lucky a windmill.

those tricks seem simple and easy to me but it's surprising how little it takes to impress someone, or a crowd.

i never quite learned how to do a flair, suicide, and headspins.
i remember i could get 1.5 rotations on a headspin but not much else after a few months.

well not at first, but i've taught a few people in the past how to do it.

the most important element in a backflip is just getting over the fear that your not going to land on your head, well you have hands don't you? then there ya go. Start with a backhandspring then try a full backflip in a pool or somewhere where your fall won't be broken by a broken bone. :)
