Reactivate is no more!!!

Hello ppl,
Haven't posted here in years but I'm here to bring you some very tragic news news.
I've been to the React fourm and an employee has regrettably annouced that there will be no more new Reactivate compilations be released in the future.
Yep that's right, the world's GREATEST Trance/Tecnho compilation has finally come to an end after kicking off way back in 1992.
Reactivate compilations were responsible for getting me right into trance. I've gotta say, after listening to Reavtivate 12, my life has changed ever since ! It is still one of my favourite compilations containg my favourite trance tracks of all time:
Vincent De Moor - Flowtation
Transa - Enervate (X-Cabs Remix)
Pablo Gargano - Trance in Saigon
Tranceliner - Greetings from the Exile
To those who have been avid fans of this great series, I'm pretty sure this is very sad news :sadgreen: :sadgreen: :sadgreen:
But there's some good news: As im sure all of you agree Reactivate 10 - Snappy Crackle Pop Techno is by far the best of the Reactivate releases. It appears that React are working on a re-release of Reactivate 10, mayb a special edition or something like that.
Anyway, LONG LIVE REACTIVATE !!!!! |

damn this blows...i have Reactivate 17 which i absolutely love, has some tracks that i listen to repeatedly (Industry, Musical Crime Killers, Ahmea, Tomorrow)
i believe they stopped making Reactivate after Reactivate Energize which came out in 2002 after 18. unfortunately it was thus pretty much expected they'd stop with the series since energize came out a few years back and they've never opted to release 19 :whip: |

To be honest, it's kinda nice, at least they didn't stray too much from quality, only continuing to put out junk *cough ttf cough* |

| aww, thats bad news, I love my Harry the Hammerhead cover on one of the Reactivate's I have :-) does that spell the end for React Music then? in which case that means the end of Bonkers compilation series as well, no? |

No React are continuing there Happy Hardcore series..
But you are right Simcut, this spells theend of quality trance music unfortunately :( |

| i have 3 reactivate compilations (16, 17, 18 - non mixed versions of course) and the 2 first 21st century trance compilations and i gotta say that they are the best quality compilations i've ever seen anywhere! nice coverart on the reactivates too! |
