We do it in New York, all the time.
Attending all the firefighting courses, I've seen my share of those pics. The worst was seeing a new 5 series Beemer crushed by a firetruck (The firetruck is bolted down to the ground, in a matter of speaking, when using it's side lifts). |

itll reduce the water pressure if it goes over the car. Look how close the hydrant is to the car. The area near the coupling of the hose would take a near 90 degree angle to hydrant. Less your fighting with gravity...the easier for them haha. And windows are easier to bust than the side panelling on a door.
THOUGH they coulda ran it right along the back window. But I guess they just wanted to teach a lesson to that guy haha |
