Hi all! I basically know all the REALLY famous songs since 2000, but I went back and started looking into more trance and I've been growing in love with it. My husband is military and we are in Mississippi of all places...not exactly a place to get to go to decent clubs.
If you were to name 5 songs that would define a basic lesson in trance (we'll call it Trance 101). what would they be? Please dont say Sandstorm, my head might explode.
Thanks,
The Peach:wtf: |
It is far from being that simple
You can not generalize trance like that
It is a very very complex music genre and so are most other genres that are electronica. |

| where are the best places to get these songs and others? Im sorta in the same boat as The Peach, and I see on the forums a lot of various songs that people should listen, and I just would like to know where you guys find all these great works of music. |

I guess I could try kaza, I used it once (it sucked, was slow and blah)...
I have a lot of live sets, which is nice, but, I think that I have a lot of the songs I want within the sets, I just need to break them up using .cue sheets but I dont have nero. Im gonna search on here for cue sheets, and get so more info. |

| I would use kaza myself, but watch out for the wording on some of the file names/tags. You might be getting the wrong song without knowing it (because some people think for some odd reason that Moby songs were made by Tiesto:rolleyes: ) |

Dumonde and Armin's ID&T state of trance would be the best way to introduce someone into trance. If they don't like it, even a little bit, then they will never like trance.
Also PvD's For an Angel is another way. (no pun intended) :D |
