Yeah.. same here. I only change my MSN name when I'm really bored or if i really need to tell something to the people who have me in their contact list.
OH OH .. and I have another obsession i guess...
Accents -- talking with different accents. I can't help it... sometimes i don't know what my real voice sounds like. |

thanx :) I get that a lot regarding the issue in question.. I just love it.
Whoever said working out or fitness around here, can you explain please.. I don't understand how someone can absolutely LOVE working out. I understand loving the effects of it, but the act itself I can't do.
Maybe it's just me and my hate for routine and repetition. I simply couldn't commit to it. I tried for about a year+ but I've given up on it. But the fact that I had to do it continually was driving me crazy. I can swim, play volleball, tennis, snowboard, etc etc - recreationally, for fun, without thinking about it, but the whole 'gym' idea is so annoying to me. |

it's a lifestyle. i love being in the gym, exercising, lifting weights, eating healthy. none of it seems like work to me. it helps when you know what you're doing, and you see results...it lets you know you're doing it right, and makes it easy to keep going. |

I don't work out, but my sis is a personal trainer (gym bunny!!) and she tells me about the endorphins etc. that are released when training. I imagine this would have something to do with the addiction as well.
