some dark trance tune

i heard this freaky tune from some of our local
djs laying on radio and i can't get it out of
my mind, the entire tune is like bassline with
some sorta hihat stuff, and this guy speaks of
something like a stand up comedy it goes something
like "we were in the dark, he laughed [strange laughter in background]" then aftyer a while the guy says xtc
then keeps repeating it in some dark voice while he's talking.
but like i said real cool dark tune, please id, otherwise
i won't get the tune out of my head and i will go MAD!!!!!

while i'm ad it, there is another tune i want,
spinned by Tiësto in live @ club eau 2 year
annervesary.... it is right after Joy Kitikonti - Joyenegizer.
but it has vocals wich goes like "i just can't beleive what ppl say.... what they say every ing day" he repeats these vocals
a couple of time but i need the song. if you have the Tiësto set
you can cut the song for me and upload to ta ftp PLEASE.
