these all allow remote linking (for posting pics on here):

www.batcave.net
www.multimania.com <-- use the altavista's translator with this
And yes, they are all FREE.
Also, check with your ISP to see if they give you any webspace w/your account. If they do, the space they give probably allows remote linking of images...
