Best Pop-Up Window Remover?!

Please tell me what I have to do in IE, or what tool I have to get, to get rid of all these ed up pop-ups. They drive me insane. People changing my start page, opening windows full-screen so I can't close them, all the annoying little windows that I have to keep closing...
Oh, and is this program ad-supported? If so I don't want it, 'cos I'd rather put up with pop-ups than have spyware on my system! That's why I'm asking for the BEST, in your experience, pop-up remover. Thanks. |

| naviscope, kills pop ups, and blocks adds, also got a feature with which u can still look at blocked adds if u want... got a patched version if u need one |
