yes you are right he did play those songs, which are still awesome songs, but that makes up just 1 hour of his set, i would like you to tell me what he played for the other 4 hours, there were so many ids and i mean so many. and still the songs is not the only thing that makes up a set, its the energy of the crowd the club setting and the flow of the set, and trust me yesterday night all these elements were just in the right place at the right time.
just like his recent set in roxy people think its the same set becasue they only remmeber half of the set, the other half the cant remember it and they cant id any of the songs, if you go to the roxy forum you see that all those songs just make up for 3 hours of his set the other three hours no one remembers becasue its full of ids and still people are not paying attention the whole night to what he plays.
yesterday for me was still tops

| i don't bother keeping track of time, how many songs fill how muc time. I'm sure he played some amazing stuff he always does. But I miss the days when you could ot id a lot of tunes, if any, you have to admit the man has thousands of sick tunes, why play the same ones over and over......especially with final scratch!!!!! oh and I WAS AT THE ROXY! same man, I'm glad you had a good time man, pvd can rocka crowd like no one else when he wants to! |

My highlight of the night.
Sean Tyas - Remember
Paul played this about an hour in to his set and I made my night.
This is such a great tune and I wish that Sean will have the talent to keep future ones like this coming. Everyone loved it.
As far as the rest of the tracks, it was hard. Almost like Roxy last week. Me and others were kinda upset that PvD was not playing and of our trance favorites. We wanted Alba. And like 2 tracks later. PvD dropped it! Another hightlight. MOre later, I am going to ULTRA!! |
