There couldn't have been a better way to spend my last night in Miami! I was looking forward to seeing Tiesto, however there were two other surprises for the night...Ton T.B. and Cor Fijneman!!!
Finally the main room opened after 11 and Ton T.B. was on! I was really excited about seeing Ton T.B...I was blown away with his set at Glow last September! I met the guy that same night, and I was surprised to learn that he rarely toured the US. I'm glad many people had a chance to see Ton T.B. at Space! He certainly didn't disappoint! I went insane...and so did Bling, Brian, and Sammy...when Ton T.B. dropped Greece 2000 and Sunset On Ibiza! Ton T.B. got the crowd pumped up and ready for Tiesto!
As for Tiesto...his set was a reminder of why he's ranked as #1 DJ! Tiesto is definitely the kind of DJ that takes the listener on an emotional journey! Even more, Tijs' smiling face and enthusiastic attitude had such a contagious effect! He definitely made up for the not-so-spectacular set at Ultra! I enjoyed the first couple hours of his set, however it was even better once he threw down the harder tracks! When I heard Traffic...and then Tribal Shock, I couldn't have been any happier at that moment! Right there and then...my voice was just about gone. Even though it was a little more packed in the main room, there was no way I was leaving. I just about died when I heard Adagio for Strings! Among other tracks that I remember...Are You A Freak?, Stream, Nyana, and Tears From The Moon...simply amazing! I tried forcing myself to leave at 6 am, however that didn't happen! Tiesto threw down Marco V vs. Jens - Relooped...I was lured back and forgot about how tired and sore I was! I stopped worrying that it was 6 am. As much as I loved hearing Traffic...there was something even better waiting! Lethal Industry was, in my opinion, the crowning moment of the night! I will never forget the explosion of bright lights, the gusts of cold air, the excitement of the crowd...and Tiesto looking down and smiling! It was the perfect end to Tiesto's best set ever!
Cor Fijneman started off strong and would've kept me at Space longer! I became a fan of Cor Fijneman after his slammin' set at Glow last December. I hated having to leave! Unfortunately, I had to go back to the hotel, get a couple hours of sleep and check out at noon. That's ok...seeing Tiesto at Space was more than enough for me!
All in all...it was an absolutely magical and incredible night!

Hey folks:
We actually headed up to see Sander at about 6:00 and got there just in time to hear the "Sanctuary" remix. Does anyone know who does this and what the title might be? Can't seem to find it anywhere. |

Origene - Sanctuary ...don't quite remember, but probably the Harry Lemon remix. |

| Yes, it was the Harry Lemon mix, I'm listening to it now... what a sick track... totally wicked bassline... perfect track to stumble up onto the terrace after 5.5 hours of Tiesto. |

Finally, does anyone know what Tiesto was using on the right side of the booth (standing in and facing out). Did he have his own equipment there? It looked like he was using a CDJ (But the Space CDJs are on the left if I'm not mistaken). It also looked like it had a mini keyboard cause a couple of times it looked like he was playing a melody. Whatever it was, he was workin it all night and it contributed to owning me. Sorry for boring all of you, I'll be gone now.

He was just playing the air piano.:toothless :p |

| Haha, thanks... I realized that was a possibility but didn't want it to be. |

| I think it has to be hosted online somewhere and you have to have it linked to where it's hosted. |
