broken pelvis [obviously] with his femoral artery being completely cut off of circulation and maybe even severed. his pelvis is almost exposed, if you look at the skin in the area, and his leg is not bruised, but it has no circulation whatsoever.
if he even survived, he would have been amputated from the waist down.
on a side-note, that nurse/doctor looks a bit like sarah jessica parker.
im only stating the obvious.
any of you watch 'trauma' on the discovery channel?
they had a case once where a man had a branch stuck through his nose. |

Exactly, almost alle pictures showed on sick pages like ogrish and rotten seem to be taken på the doctors/medical workers. Why the hell would they photograph it? Even if it's for files or whatever, how the _hell_ does it get out on the internet? Don't they have integrity at all?
