Rumor has it that thats what the order looks like. If you noticed something, there is a little pattern that GU has. So far Digweed has made 3 albums with GU, Seaman 3 , Warren 3 and now its Sasha's turn to make his third . It makes sense as for a releasing new albums. Originaly Sasha was supposed to have come out with a GU in the spring time but who knows why it took so long. He had his car accident, he stopped comin to Twilo and cancelled tour dates and everything was held up. But during that time i believe he made quite a few new tracks but only time will tell. But trust me There will be something new whether its from GU or a follow -up to the "Communicate"album. And as for the little card you get in each new release... What a waste! I put like $1 in postage on that baby and i never got anything sent to me. If you want any info though just go to the website and their message boards www.cluboxed.co.uk

also, i was wondering... has anybody signed up to the Global Underground mailing list?... i mean the little postcard thing that comes with every release, im just curious if it's worth the effort signing up.

yes, i am signed up for this. its good if you're really into gu cuz you get all the info on new releases, and whenever their big parties are gonna be etc. sometimes you get a sample of the new mixes and some cool pics somtimes too. they dont send them out too often, so its not that big of a deal, nothin too special.
erm
GU 21 will be released at the end of september. It's gonna be Deep Dish in Moscow.
Dave Seaman will do GU 22

And Sasha is gonna come out with GU22 1/2. I hope the Deep Dish and Seaman albums are confirmed. I could use some new trance /prog. house tunes from those guys. But what i really want is to hear something new from Sasha. Its been more then a year since Communicate came out.

I think some of em are better then others, when I found them was when i heard stargazer from GU6, digweed in sydney, so i decided to try and burn the whole collection thinking they were all like that one. But i got the first one and I hated it, it didn't even fall into the category that I call music, it just sounded like a machine working or something, a bunch of synchronised electronic noise,so I threw it away. Anyway, the series is good, but you should listen to it before you buy, because there are crappy global undergrounds as well as good ones.

Sander Kleinenberg, 4th in the NuBreed Global Underground series is the best I've heard from GU... I hated GU19 by John Digweed... Mind you, digweed is 2 progressive 4 me neway...

Ive never heard anything that was mixed better and had a better track selection then Digweed's Gu019...IMO
its will always be with me.

i have many of the newwest GU cds, going back to about 012, and about all the nubreeds and prototypes

i love nearly all of them

the sasha in ibiza is one of the cleanest mixes ever

now while i dont like all of them, most of then GUs are fantastic, dave seaman especially, danny tenaglia london being my least favorite
