thanks Patticus. I tend to keep my ears open a lot during sets. I have a crazy, freaky almost rainman like ability to identify a lot of tracks and remixes etc....and I do it bets when I'm "influenced" by some sweet beans ;)
His set was sick. It just affirmed his masterful skills. A technically flawless and well structured set that had 4000 people in tears it was so good.
that saints & Sinners track is brand new. A delightful progressive cut with Lieb's signature touch. Driving and funky with a killer beat. Yoogie van Bellen (1/2 of saints & sinners) is also one of my favorite producers. You can imagine my reaction when he played that.
the peaks where obviously second sun's "Empire" (pvd remix) that everyone was waiting to hear and it just had us all foaming. When he dropped "Club Attach" the lights came on at the big riff and snow started blasting from the sealings.....it doesn't get better than that.
My fave tune of the night is easily 4 strings - "Into the Night" typical of PvD to pick the very very very best in Deep trance and play it for the world.
After consulting with some friends, I've also realized that he dropped Orinoko - Island (mogwai remix) right after "Rapture" so I'm going to update the list. |

| I was one of the 12 along with push01 and GuaravE to drive up to Boston from nyc...I am very impressed by "Raven" in compiling a tracklisting for this night... i too try to keep my ears open for any familiar tracks that PVD drops..and as the night went along, i realized there were only a hand-full of tracks i didnt recognize..by the way, the pic posted by "DJ Sean" is not PVD at Avalon last week..he was wearing a VANDIT shirt this time..i will try to post my pics of PVD working his magic in the booth...great night and great music.. |

UMMMM......yes it is dude..the picture is in some sort of black and white color...I believe it was taken from the kid with the video camera... I got it off of his site... and here is another one of the crowd

I'm a friend of Push, I came up with 30 other Twiloites who were all going through serious pvd withdrawal after the closing of Twilo.
It took me and my friends 9 hours to drive up from philly b/c of the horrendous traffic.
Even though everyone had tickets we had to bribe the door man $100 to let us in b/c we didn't want to keep waiting outside with the rest of the 4000 crazy raving nutters trying to get in. We didn't want to miss a beat.
Luckily we got in with 5 mins to spare before he dropped the awesome breaks of "Movement"
PvD is GoD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

too perfect for words.
The whole crew is flying down to Miami to see him at Space on oct 12.
Then we're all going to see him at Ultraworld. Doesn't get better (except of course if he was at Twilo........man I miss those 8 hour journeys) |

| Ganuu, Nilu, Gaf and all the others who were at Avalon it makes me so happy to read these posts and reminisce over that great nite. Gaf I am almost positive that I am gonna go to Miami. It seems that others on this board are gonna go also so all TA's should meet up. I will send out a thread here to see who wants to meet up for PvD in Miami Oct 12th. Gaf I know you are organizing the other board peeps and it seems a lot of Twiloites are ready so we should all meet up down there. CANT WAIT!!!!!!! |

PVD Oct 12th, Picotto Oct 13th both at Space...I definately wanna go down for the wkend. I would book the flight right now but I'm getting back from Ibiza Sept 25th...I may be coming home in a wheel chair if ya know what I mean hehe. :D |

the guy, Resident just found it and posted it on avalon's board. I posted there to ask him to give me credit for my work and he appologized to me stating that he wasn't trying to take credit.

so once again people....I compiled that tracklist and I would appreciate it if whoever posts it on other boards would give me due credit for my trainspotting skills.
Push, we're all heading down to Miami on oct. 12 and staying at the South Seas hotel on south beach. Try to book it through Expedia or through yahoo travel as they give you cheaper tickets.
