| my name is Neil. When i signed up for IM a few years ago Neil was taken so I typed in BadNeil and it was taken too. SO i decided i'd use as many bads as possible to sign up. Luckily it was only two and it has stuck. |

Anyways, I had played too much Diablo 2 when I signed up, and that particular name just stuck for some reason. I really like it though, tis quite unique :) Also, it reminds me of the time I was in Italy and I had to jump across the beach like a madman to get to the water, otherwise my feet would be scorched from the blazing hot sand. |

It's my surname and most people don't know my first name anyway, so it feels more natural to be called "Lira".
Not to mention chances of mispelling are significantly lower now than when I was using my old nick, "Maaz" :p |
