not very long. also depends on "your definition of master." even the "good" dj's still mess up mixing.
I "love" using 'quotes'. Just remember to keep practicing. |

| took me about 3 weeks to be able to start matching using the pitch control and not touching vinyl as much as usual. but im still on spot on. this was with like 45 minutes-1 hour practice each day... |

| was listening to Ed Halliwell live from Miami on BBC Radio 1 and his beatmatching was terrible, so it shows the professionals also sometimes get it wrong |

| people who listen to just cd's from artists get the perception that dj's mix absolutly perfect everytime. but thats simply not the case every dj has trouble beatmatching when u hear them live and are really no better than a lot of amateurs both here and else where. its just that they got a break through either djing or producing. |

| it took me a few months to really get comfortable with it....but about a year until i could mix a whole set smoothly |
