RME question

I have RME Audiolink 96 interface with the latest drivers and mix proggy. I am having a problem with hearing it in Cubase. I wonder if I have the routing set up properly or its' a bug with the soft. I can hear the output in the headphones but can't hear jack on the monitors. It had worked in the past and I used the same routing before just now for some reason it works funky. I wonder if its' the driver or I am doing something wrong. If you got any experience with how to properly set up routing in RME, drop a line, will ya? :)

Hey, when I go home in about 7-8 hr's (I am at work) I'll check out my setup, I am running RME multiface, with the pci card, and I guess they are all using the same software to set the thing up... And i am using cubase sx...

Ok back home, i am not sure if this is gonna be any help to you, maybe you already figured it out. Anyways First i would reinstall the drivers. just to make sure. Sometimes things happen beyond us, Yet it's hard to belive that you would run into a problem with thease rme drivers. Did you try reinstalling the older drivers that say come with your cd when you got the card? sometimes switching to older version makes a diefferance between the thing working or not..

K so this is how I have my set up at the moment..

Driver version is 2.4.3.2
In the hammerfall DSP settings window i have following things checked.
MME - Check imput / TMS - both checked
latenecy size 512
SPDIF in - coaxial
SPDIF out - proffessional
Clock Mode - autosync
Pref Sync Ref - World clock

now in the mixer set up i have two synths that are routed to the output that's called AN1 + AN1. and that's all I havent eaven touched anything other than that.. Basically i was watching the output of my synths and went thrue diefferent setting of the channels, if i seen a signal i played around and i routed it to cubase sx, where as you know you have to select which buss you wont the synth to record on, For exsample i have a an1x reccording to bus 1 in sx and viruc record to bus 2.

If you're saying that you hear the sound in your headphones that means there is a possible problem with say cubase routing or something. But general advice is to play around till it works.
I am not that great in explaining things, It would be much easier if i was right there with you and had the thing in front of me.

Well good luck to you anyways : ) I am sure it will work in no time..
