to be perfectly honest with you there is no reason to own trance vinyl and not mix it together. in my experience, it is one of the most fascinating, fun, and rewarding talents that one fan of trance can have. it's almost like taking your favorite music to the next step. i'm not adverse to helping you learn to spin if you're interested.. but i'd rather spin with someone who is a bit more experienced. let me know if you're interested though..

I wasn't sure as to what you meant, whether you just wanted to get together, chill, and spin, or like look for a dj partner and get gigs together.
I get together with my friends here and we spin vinyl and cds too :)
I'm not that great of a dj though as I've only been spinning for a half a year.

Theres actually a few other San Diego trance DJs on this board. Infinity is known well here in Diego, recently spun a set on Rising Stars on trancesphere.com I think.
I live in San Diego and am down to spin as well. I go to SDSU and live practially on campus.

BTW I am also a dj although i'm just starting out I've been spinning for about two and a half years.
