Thats more then right .. I mean , any prove of why they are arrogant ?!?! and please.. dont say about the article of Oakey in the Muzik mag.. he cleared all up in this years URB mag. |

i hate these topics, but here i go.......
Everyone is going to have a different opinion. Some of you have met him, some of you have not.... Most of you will post that and answer that you really don't know, but want to post anyway so it looks like you actually have met them and know...
I have met Paul Oakenfold twice... very nice guy, very gracious to his fans.. I am sure he has been an to someone before, and that word got around, and now all of a sudden everyone is an expert on what an "" paul oakenfold is....
I guess it never occured to anyone that people have bad days.... I've heard the same stories.. "oh, oakie's an ", "oh, oakie's nice as !", etc., etc.... everyone has a different story, it depends on the night and how the set was.
Most people say PvD is a great guy (and Tiesto), but you know what, i'm heard someone say once that they were s (of course in THIS site, they got beat up b/c of all the rabid PvD and Tiesto fans, and they never came back...) But this is besides the point. My point is, that EVERYONE has bad days. Have you ever snapped at someone? You ever been pissed because you lost a race, got made fun of by your friends, or something similar? Basically, have you ever gotten pissed off?
So then what right do you have to deny these DJ's their ability to have "moods".... being a DJ does not waive your right to have bad days.... or bad sets.... Sometimes dont you ever just feel like being left "alone"????? This stuff happens sometimes, and i'm sure sometimes people are not very communicative or not very nice.
Anyways, i've already said this piece a million times in the music forums, don't feel like saying it again...
In the Meantime, chew on this: (i dont think oakie would wave for a picture in the MIDDLE of his set if he's such an ....)

disliking a DJ's music is alright but disliking him because of a fab is just wrong.

I am wasting my time posting in here...but all I have seen lately is a bunch of ppl (who 's not EVEN an expert at this business) talking about a great DJ.. give Oakie a break JESUS~!!!..and what is worse is that whenever someone wants yall to explain why you hate him so much.. yall come up with some answers that doesnt even make any sense!(" uh he skips records when he spins" ..) give me a break.. and let me hear you spin then!!!
before you judge someone who's been TOURINg in different COUNTRIES for YEARS ..take a look at his life for example...OAKIE 's got so much money already that he could just stop Djing any time he wanted but he doesnt WHY??? because EVERYONE out there appreciates his music... and you can tell he loves what he does whenever you see him. So while yall are wasting your time making such poor judgements about him, he is out there making more money, giving twice as much interviews, traveling all over the world , Oakie is at the top of the world...and I don't see any of your names up there with him. so just back off a lil and start learning to appreciate THE ART OF MUSIC.
