This hideous woman refused cesarian section and her baby died, now she might face murder charges.
thats rediculous IMO. I think it should be the mothers choice to undergo that type of thing. Yeah it sucks the kid died, but if she doesn't want to get hacked up, so be it.
I guess it is a touchy situation, so I may be wrong, but for now, I don't like it.

she's already in jail, they arrested her one day after giving birth.
It seems she has been messed up her entire life with some disorder where she opposes everything, and I guess shes bipolar too.
but until they make requirements before people can have babies, she should be free. |

You said it Boomer it's ridiculous. Babies die all the time before their born why aren't those parents put on trial? And the mother does have the option not to proceed with a C section, it is her choice. Lastly how can you have a murder case with something that technically wasn't even born?

I say we lock up the doctors whenever an infant dies, maybe if they were a little better they could have saved the kid.
and this does touch on the when is a kid a person, after squeezing out teh tiny hole, or when there is brain activity, or when it has a brain.....same deal with abortion, which is also an endless battle.
the blame game never ends.
