Although I think Japan has got some of the most talented producers worldwide (Takkyu Ishino, Fumiya Tanaka, Ken Ishii, Merzbow,...) I think this is a terrible idea. This club would be popular for the first couple of weeks, but then it would be invaded by insane otakus looking for a venue with cheap sushi and kabuki actors with colourful kimonos for their next animekons.
Variety is the spice of life, and narrowing your possibilities to just one genre (or country or whatever) is annoying after a while. |
