poor poor tathi, unfamiliar with the art of making a great milo drink. you put the milo in FIRST. Hit the cup or glass on a bench a few times (this gets all the air bubbles out) and then pour your milk in. Notice that because you got those air bubbles out, the milo stays at the bottom of the glass, which enables you to control you milo distribution. Scrape a healthy chunk of milo of the bottom then continue to fill the spoon up with milk. Take as a big or as small chunk as needed to attain your desired texture.
