Wow, I could spend a long time, reading up and listening to all these millions types of genres. A really cool website with samples to every genre out there ! Wether or not this man is accurate, no one will ever know, but he does have a great sense of humor, making the reading of each genre an enjoyment ! Check it out! :D |

It's a great guide, but this topic has been posted way too many times. I predict it will spawn into a 7 page mess, with people saying they don't like him bashing Trance and then finding whatever mistakes they can come up with to make themselves feel better. Followed by people saying that his genres are all wrong and that makes his opinion stupid. Then there will be calls for a Tranceaddict created EDM guide, which I am sure would be so much more unbiased (note the sarcasm). A huge number of roll eyes posts will follow that, and finally people will get tired and the thread will sink out of memory.
I just saved everybody a lot of time. Like the guide for what it is, one persons opinion. Like that it groups similar songs together so that when you are exploring an unfamiliar genre, you have some songs to start out with, even if you don't agree with the written definitions. Like that it is presented in a humorous and easy to view way. Like that there is a disclaimer for those that get too easily offended. |

yeah, i agree with you 100%. very rightly said. I'm sorry, I didn't know this was posted.. now that means, it will be a 7 page bashing mess + 3 pages of telling me to "use the search button." :rolleyes: I apologize to all those in advance. |

its as if hes trying to be contreversial...
his comments are pretty lame, and unfunny when he wants them to be
but for the most part, less the obvious apparance of bias against certain genres, this guide is not bad |

wow, at least it didnt total to be 3 pages worth. :D it was even emphasized with a FOR S SAKE in caps, haven't seen this one yet. But that ish FOR S SAKE will definately help me remember to always use the search button :rolleyes: and this is easily the 2nd time I will restate saying "Sorry to all those in advance." :D And that was sincere to all those who will forgive me for posting on this topic, even though it had already been posted of 4 times FOR S SAKE :whip: |
