I voted both. I'm with Graham on this one. I spoke to a few people from Buffalo who were up for Corsten, they all said how lucky we were to have clubs like this one.
If the crowd gets to be too much, isn't that what the "cool-down" room is for? Seriously people, it's time to stop whining. I'm not against people voicing their opinions, but try to think about what you're saying before you type.
People say that the guv is always more crowded than Kool Haus, well you should have seen KH for PVD last Oct... it was CRAZY busy... I think the thing that's bugging me is that the people who are complaining should know better. If Saturday was your FIRST time at a big event in the Guv, then fine, now you know what it's like... but most of the whiners MUST know that this is what the place is like when there's a big name there!
That being said, it looks like they misjudged who would be the bigger draw. Corsten probably should have been over at KH, also because he would have been closer to the crowd, which would have been nice as he really interacts with the crowd. It is also my opinion that one of the reasons it was so packed was that it wasn't all-access. If people could have gone back and forth, there probably would have been more space. |

Hahahaha i remember something like that happening when resnick and I walked into the orange room. We were like "hey maybe they're spinning some jungles, let's go check it out" We walk in there...hear that "what what what" e...looked around...and walked out laughing. :toothless :D |

| orange room is good..i know u guys like dancing and all and electronica is a ppick u up sort of genre that gets u moving...but BUT u cant really dance with any girlies while dancing to it...the way ppl dance to trance house and techno if u tried to get a partner and dance to it i think there would be injuries....thats why the hip hop room in any club is usually the most happening room...then again im single |

i dont mean u but all of the time i see hip hop fans talking about the same stupid , they believe that u should only be at a club where u can dance to the music, otherwsie it sucks for them. this one girl who was at my workplace told me she doesnt liek trance because all people do is jump, im like that has nutin to do with it, all that matters is if ur having a good time or not, dancing or not dancing.. i dont know how to explain wat she meant, but its just irritating....:whip: :whip: |

Don't you mean that hiphop fans believe that you should only be in a club if you want to get your mack-on and all you wanna do it bang and look cool and bussacap...
... yeah.. I'll stick to my house/prog/trance and go to clubs for other reasons thanks... |
