I noticed, that this amazing Dark prog / tribal Dj from Israel, has never come here, or if i'm mistaken...hasn't come here in a LONG time. *shrug* Either way, promoters, please bring this amazing dj here. PLEASE. :(

That is all thanks. :toothless

and more importantly, bring him to BOA

i'd love to hear Faza on that soundsystem
Mako
Haven't been to boa yet ( !@#$% 21+ limit), but yes i'd rather see him at boa than at guv or KH. Tired of that place.:whip: :toothless

Ive only heard one mix of Moshic, sounded more like trancy breaks ?
Mako
Hmm trancy breaks? I don't really think so. He did drop a few breaks tracks in a couple of sets. One of them was Ictus - The Look (Chris Lake Dirty Breaks Mix). But his sets are mostly, Dark prog and dark Tribal, very dark . :disbelief

Get these sets:

Moshic-Live@Lima_Peru(Mar_27_2003)
Moshic - Live @ Almyra Kavala Greece (July 2003)
Mo Shic live @ Tlv, Tel Aviv Feb. 21 2003

Also get his EM :D

lately he did a lot of productions under 3Beat Label which does sound like more uplifting breaks.

Wow, I'm amazed that somebody is talking about Moshic.

I have been talking about him for a long time, he is THE reference in dark tribal progressive.

Panic System, is my all time favorite track to this day!

You are both right, I have heard Moshic do incredible dark prog things, but I did also heard a set last year that was very trancy, and not really representative of is vinyls productions.

I don't know what's up with that. he seems to have come back to his roots, I just bought a record with his awesome dark vibe.

I already spoke with is agent, I would like to bring him...but the problem is, it's really a slow, heavy sound, that would have been incredible for a big massive event like 514 or Black & Blue, but for a small techno rave, it could get too sleepy. It's a big room sound.

don't know....

Check out his DJ MAG - World Series CD.
Still gets play

I'd go see him, although in some aspects his style is becoming outdated..... IMO
MattVagrant
Matt... you're right.

Style is becoming outdated. BUT... w/ pieces like Nightstalker and his remix of 'Locutus' a few years ago, he really did pioneer the more melodic sound that represented a departure from the plodding dark fodder. I really love how trippy and tweaky his productions are.

I really love his performance sound still too, but I don't think it's altogether the kind of thing the average clubber is after. Yet, he does go pretty chunky at time... His essential Mix from a while back was incredible. I think he'd be a GREAT fit for System. Or even better, the basement @ Element. Or maybe as a 'transition act' (opener for the headliner) @ a KoolHaus event.

<--- Eagerly anticipating Moshic's EP on Bedrock, which Diggers has had in the vault for ages now......
Mako
My fave track by him as of late has been "mo shic - betterfly" which is going to be released soon on his new record label. His Dj mag world series CD is ing wicked. Yeah he would be fit for System, but i've never been to element, so I wouldn't know.

*waits on "me myself and life" record*
