If I received vinyl from an online store and there was one warped vinyl, could I get it replaced free of charge?

warped as buggery, and its been like 2 weeks now.

You should be able to but you better make sure they have more of that record in stock before you do. If its not that warped than i wouldnt worry but if the needle jumps everytime your about to drop it in then YES.

Yeah alot of Paul's stuff is warped it's ed - email [email protected] and remind him :)

i got a warped record once but i never returned it, just couldnt be ed. i guess thats the risk with buying online sometimes.. you should be able to get a refund/replacement imo.

well i got a warped record from chemical, so i returned it and they said they would re-imburse me....


Well it cost me $15 Postage for 1 FRIGGEN RECORD! :whip:

The gave me like 4 pounds (which included their shipping to me, and my shipping pack!!) or something and then credit at the store, so i was still short of cash, i dont bother returning it now, waste of time and money :whip:

Well, in my experience with this kind of thing, they have always sent me another copy of the record. I have purchased loads from Hard to find, Chemical, etc. etc. and i've never had to send it back. They've always resent the tune to me.

errr dude, you live in melbourne... how bout you splurge out on a 25 cent phone call and make an enquiy personally. their number's on the website, under contact us. it will speed things up at least...

yeah i did waitng for reply, just seeing what happened to others.

if they tell me to return the vinyl then i'll just keep it and watch my needle ride the vinyl like a surfer.

just fix it yourself?

ive received a few in my time.. never bothered with sending them back not worth it in my opinion

iv never had a problem with them, it's just the luck of the draw i think...
