Ummmmmmmm
a DVD player can not break a DVD
the only part of the player that comes into contact with the DVD is the spindle that spins it around.
the lens does not physically touch the disc
so i am at a loss as to understanding how ur dvd player broke ur dvd

| Is there like some noticeable external marks or somethn like that on the DVD? If not, i believe it was just the DVD player which was crappy and didn't quite like the disc. I have never heard players actually destroying original DVD discs, not sure of burned ones as they don't have that protection layer on the surface like the originals. It might have played it a few times and then stopped doing so. Has happened to me before with some DVDs so i doubt there's anything wrong with your DVD (unless you have tried it with some other players too ending up to the same unfortunate results) but just the player fuuking around. |

| Andy it is not advisable to throw electronic equipment across the room as it tends to become damaged that way. |

Maybe he likes to play the Hulk and yell "HULK SMASH!!!" while throwing things.
I think you should test the disc on some other DVD player to find ot whether if its a bad print of the disc or just a crappy player. |
