DAmn straight. I just want to get a full time job so I can get my damn MCSE and A+. I personally think that getting certified is worht more when trying ot enter the IT world but furhter education is neccessary if you want to get a manager's position.

I don't believe in hook ups because people that have promised to hook me up in the past have never kept their word and when I finally got hooked up I got ed over just as fast. But that is no reason to stop trying :)

if yer 16-24....use centennial college's job connect for help

call 416 289-5000 get a rep. and ask them to put you thru to job connect....it's run by the gov't basically

i should have gone to university for a degree but right now I need to find a job.

see job connect is unique cuz once you in...the gov't offers an insentive to the company by footing the bill for some of the salary. The market is mean out there but don't give up (giving up is for pussies). I mean I'm trying harder now and I'm about to go back to job connect to get more help in redoing the resume.

GOT QUESTIONS!!!!!!

pm me

people that work for some companies here should help others out by telling them who the hiring managers are and you applying to them directly.

I hate this but it's life.....mark my ing words....I get to run my own company, I'm making sure this does not happen to people in my position. I'd make sure I hire 10 people a year without experience, right out of college and university. Companies are bastards tho, they have so many positions available btw (just most positions involve yrs of experience). The funny thing is, get all your education now because 10 yrs from now (most of the baby boomers will retire or be on the verge of retirement) baby boom started in 1946 btw....companies will lack a lot of personel and they will fight tooth and nail for all these people (if trends stay the same). This is ing life btw people, most people cept doctors and lawyers and other high schooling positions wont't but i view this as experience because most people get laid off at some point in their lives and you will have to deal with it. I'm just glad that I still live at home and don't have many expenses.
