i know you can't say the D word here but a certain program lets just call it Mazaa is not a jail bait or anything.
i mean how often do people get in trouble for doing stuff on it. seriously. i got lots of people i know that runs the thing the whole day and gets buttloads of stuff.
you guys make it seem like you never had done that deed in your entire life. i bet you did at least 10 times. don't lie |

thats not the point. The first target for the RIAA was web sites that shared mp3's. Then technology changed to p2p, so it is harder to catch, but they still catch and charge hundreds for UPLOADING>..not downloading.
but anyways, we don't support it or tak about it because the site Tranceaddict could get into trouble very easily. and that my friend would suck ass. |

yeah true. people shouldn't condone it or praise it just like smoking. it's your own choice. but it's true that peole syouldn't parade around it.
so the D word is not bad and if you just keep your mouth shut i guess then everything else is good. |

i think it's just RIAA's way of telling everyone "we suck, we're hopeless, we can't do anything about you, so we'll pretend to sue children and old people so that you'd think we're sick s and if we're suing young children and old people, then we would most definitely go after you and that would scare you away from downloading" |

the one form new york. she was sharing everything, which means it is available for downloading, which means she was uploading em.
as far as I know and have read, if you only download and do not share, you are fine. however that usually never sits well with those that do share. |

who uses mazaa anyway?
mazaa or any p2p program is not illegal. it is illegal to download copyrighted things with it.
i.e., a dvd burner isn't illegal but burning movies you don't own is. |

| i.e. having a rabbit isn't illegal, but having sex with it is. |
