| Ferry's is better... because he made it when he still produced good music, these days it's utter crap:whip: |

Ive never heard the Mat Silver vs Tony Burt remix...any idea hwere I can get it?
Anyway definately the original version by samuel barber is my favourite folled by Ferry Corstens rework...which is literally a rework, its a trance masterpiece for real.
DJ Tiesto jsut lacks the power of Ferrys version, but both are very emotional, i think this is due to the scores tune its self, and not the remixing power lol
:D
Barber's Adagio for Strings is my favourite piece of music ever :) |

i liked Tiesto's after viewing his concert but got over it pretty quickly.. i have however maintained my fondness on the ferry mix for years, and imo, they were the only real competitors
skip raiders - another day is a cover not a remix :P heh, but nah i do like that one too.. bit cheesy but it works |

| Definately the original, used to a great effect in Platoon in my opinion - best part of the film for sure just for the emotion it gives. After that i'd definately say the Ferry Corsten remix is the best, retains the emotions of the original for me. Tom :) |
