| Most of the times I have been to kadan - you get about 30 to 50 - which is a decent crowd for a place that small - i bet it barely holds 100 people if its packed... |

Why the hate? Last night was a good turnout. We had about 25 people there at any one time. The whole point of this night isn't for a popularity contest, or to be seen. I will agree that more women would be nice though! The point is to enjoy good music and be in a chill environment. If you ahve been there then you know that almost all of the dj's are very good and are good at what they spin. I personally enjoy it ther whether I am playing or not. |

Im sure the music is good as well- Just would be nice to have other distractions there. Unless they're going to let me hop up on mix it up myself. Nice to have some people watching subjects there.
Just sort of weird to sit in a place with nothing but guys listening to music. lol

Yeah man, agreed that it can be odd with a bunch of dudes sitting around listening to music. Typically when I play all my friends come out, so the set is more for them and for us as a whole. That is the most fun for me. Last night was particularly funny though cuz they had this wack ass dart tourney and teh first dj is banging out this hard progressive while these old farts were playing...def kinda weird.
Yes, I am opening up for Max...I am playing from 9-11 and then him from 11-3. I am going to play a kinda trancy/progressive set with some chunky basslines to it. I can't wait. If you want to get on the list shoot me a instant msg with your name and i'll get you on. It is free b4 10 on that list.

| what's this Kadan place like on Friday nights? packed? my friend is spinning there for the first time on a friday night in April, and a few of us from LA are coming down. What should we expect? Hopefully not a room full of guys. :( |

| Ive only been there once, it was a Tuesday and it was DnB. and given those circumstances there wasnt too many people there but I'm not talking down on the place trust me. it has a lot of potential and alot of different promoters use it for their nights. I would pass up a chance to spin there if I was asked to. |
