yeah, yeah, search. i've seen instructions before but i can't find them again.
i have the software "electronic cosmo's mpeg suite 1.5" from the "software" section, how do i use this to lower the bit-rate?

You could always write to WAVE and re-encode... |

no i've done it before, maybe i'm using the wrong words. i just want to take a sample and lower the quality hence reducing the file size. |
