these are the effects plug's i use a lot
t-racks (a lot for compression [especially bass], and for eq'ing compressing and limiting a stereo mix)
cubase reverb (for general reverb)
silverspike reverb (for nice reverb)
psp 84 (for funky reverb)
psp 42 (for flange)
cubase delay (mod delay and stereo delay)
waves L1 ultramaximizer (for limiting sometimes)
and i use cubase's built in EQ a whole lot and if i want to use a slightly better EQ i use the steinberg Q filter.
this is what i use mostly in cubase, but in reason i obviously dont use vst's and i just started playing with sonar and i will most likely use different effects plugs in there.
