Help name song with numbers counting back or forward.

Heard song at some club, some time in 1999, and i dont know the name and i want to know the name. This is all i know:
The song has numbers either counting back or forward: e.g 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
and after that there's a voice that says: and clap (or could be back).
