Hey..

I would just like to know does the frequency in CD players affect the plying of the music? What is frequency in a CD player?

I have a Gemini CDJ-10 which has no jog wheel but a freq. of 20,000-20,000. While a jog wheel CD player has a freq. of 4k-20k or 10k-20k, etc.

what does this mean? Jog wheel cd players have lower frequencies??

thanks in advance! :D

the normal frequency of a cd played with 0% pitch is 44 kHz, its indicates how many times per second the the sound is sampled. if you change your speed (wich can be done with the jog wheel), the frequency wil change to. Greetz Maarten
