Hey zing you know me better but i got these words to say..you can take em as you wish. but by being part of ARIA's TEAM and representative of Aria's image,in a short periode if you do not balance your words, a lot of people are gonna get offended and you just wont know what hit your clubs REPUTATION. I dont know what exactly happened and im sure its more complicated then we think it is but its not the first time and its ben happening more often lately(glitches all over the place) your words aint and wont be enough to satisfie the angry people ..Man you got to twist and turn to be able to communicate well with your customers and you sure aint showing that:[those who don't want to come to Aria after this incident are more than welcome to leave:D] you put more effort in choosing your words ... And this goes to everyone in here lets just throw the in attitude in the freakin garbage it aint helping nobody except the competition. Im out of this forum anyways. Peace |

I dont think that i am bitching or posting idiotic comments..I am saying that to ur ing benefit..when u book a DJ u gotta repect him and his crowd and make sure that everything works well...this the second time that this happens in a short period of time ( Ferry Corsten)..learn from other clubs, in Stereo for example, when they book a big DJ, Shorty the sound technician make sure that every wire is its right place and everything is perfect....
ur loosing customers, dont forget that the competition is now harder u have Stereo, Gravity and Circus. If ur happy about loosing customers then good for you...and ur not only loosing customers but Djs too...Lawler went to Stereo when he was done, Sander Kelinenberg didnt b4 and left Aria since then and became a steroe resident..XL left too and for me it seems that some otehr DJs are on their way.It just seems for me that Aria are going through managerial problems, so its not wrong for ppl to say their opinions...just listen and if u wanna crticize then be logical... |

YOU know that's not the way it works i wont get into details... you dont seem to give any value to the people that surround you man ..stay in your hole and ill see you when you become a superstar agent.
