.................. i had a great time!!! I actually got to speak to Yunus before he came on and after! Had a great talk with him for a long time! Got him to sign everything :) We talked music.... he was such a cool and nice guy.... hes a person like anybody else :) He really appreciates his fans and he took a lot of time out of his busy schedule just to talk music with me and djyanik :) I had a really good time.... would have been MUCH better if my girlfriend was with me... but making conversation with my favorite progressive producer and dj of all time (yunus) made the night very special to me. Also the fact that yan and alisha showed up (who i went to high school with)..... and all the TAs and Vic was there
:crazy: :crazy: .... having el presidente attend is always a treat! Yunus dropped some amazing tracks! Especially during the middle of his set.... his music is so fresh and brand-spanking new!!! We all loved it :) J00F played REALLY REALLY good vocal hardtrance/psytrance choons... i mean really vocally trip-notic heh.... a great opportunity for a drunkin trashed or high good time :) I mean the lighting was superb... and j00f really pumped up the volume.... much more than usual.... it was REALLY loud and the floor was REALLY shaking this time... more than usual (at least in my opinion); really great hard trance and psytrance... wonderful night; nothing bad to say about it; it felt like half the club was TAs or friends; everybody was familiar ^_^ Everything went nice and smooth. I miss my girlfriend! mmmmmm; what did everyone else think of it?

I find this very amuzing that I was the first one AT the club (10:3-PM), the last to leave the club (8AM ish), and last to get home (unless 1 person on my mind is out somewhere doing something, not mentioning any names), yet Im here posting before everyone else. :disbelief :thepirate
Nice to meet Alisha, pleasure was all mine, FYI - you could have done alot better. Also nice to meet Yan, Im sure we will club again soon.
J00F spun a great set, definitely wasnt his best. I wanted to hear Madhadeva more than any person could understand, and was disappointed when he didnt play it. Track of the night for me was E-Craig - Smoke (Smokin' Mix). J00F started of ok, but progressed into the hard stuff alittle fast. Than he started going downhill, he reached the bottom when he played Beautiful Things, but you must cater to the girls I guess. He than started to go back up slowly, he closed the set really nicely, some sick hard tracks.
This was basically Yunus' night. He tore it up, everyone came out to see him, and he did great. Im sure he will be back again for some more NYC lovin'. Im not a big prog head so I cant put a name to a track that he was playing, but I basically liked everything he spun.
Great night, nice to see everyone, especially Vic - finally man you got a break to come out and hangout with us, you deserve it.
Lets try to give the run down: John & Michelle (I luv u guys), Lee, Alisha, Yan, Adam (the chat and breakfast was great- thanks), Steven (your a 1 of a kind, your nuts man, gotta love it), Alex, Daniella, Albert (the hobbit is hardcore, he almost manage the entire night), BXNemo, Victor (great to see Vic having a great time not having to worry about spinning), Dan & spacechica (hardcore couple at its finest :tongue2), Chris (I know you loved it, dont even hate - J00F rocked your socks), Ian, AstralNrg, Lisa & Tom

Very nice night... Fleming blew me away; I was shaking along with the floor and speakers. I was sitting up against a speaker most of the night and it was pretty intense... very powerful at times, I felt like he picked some really moving tunes. When he played this one tune around 5am ---> :eyespop: Nuts. Yunus was pumpin as well... much love to both. ;)
Nice to meet some TA's (hope to meet more of you, didn't really get to meet you all cause I was staying with my friend from school for a while) and hang out with Yan and Serge -- you guys, it's almost like those times at my house the summer of 9th grade again. Err, almost! ;) Serge, I hope Lauren comes next time, she seemed to enjoy PvD and would have enjoyed last night! :D
One more double take at Vlad because he looks exactly like our friend from HS! :eyespop: And that whacko Englishman running around whom I've been waiting to meet -- Steven, you're insane and I love ya! Especially when you took your shirt off! :crazy: Nice to meet Adam too, thanks for the tip about the bouncer! :D I left earlier (5:30ish) and was so disoriented I kinda walked around for 15 minutes outside before I finally realized I had to stick out my hand to actually hail a taxi.

| yunus rocked it out. he played alot of ID's and new tracks of his. I couldn't id one tune, all i know is the last track is a brand new track from him which i think he said will be coming out on his artist album or something. nice guy to, talked to him for a bit after his set. j00f wasnt bad either. he did bang it out too fast but i still enjoyed some moments of his set. vlad, that e-crag tune was my fav tune that j00f dropped as well, that track is intensee. overall, i had a good time. nice meeting the regulars (you know who you are) and it really sucks arc is closing, i really like that club but what can ya do. |

Nice to see everyone who was there, Vlad, lee, chris, alex, dani, dan, mindy, steve, sergio, vic, john, adam. im not really big on prog but Yunus really had me going he played some really good tracks i was so surprised at how much i was digging his set. then when j00f came on i was really feeling his set he was playing some great tracks. it was pretty late when he dropped underworld - born slippery didnt know the remix maybe the oakey mix who knows? but neways OMFG i die lol . also when he droppped some psy trance at the end i was really digging that. cant believe i left like 30 mins before they closed if i knew that i would have stayed doh! Well all in all a really good nite |
