even when they give in a little, we still find ways to screw the system :haha:

Easy cheat. I just don't like the idea of paying $2 to get a free song that originally is only 99¢. A better cheat is to tilt the bottle, find a winner, then steal the bottle. Everybody wins that way...maybe not Pepsi. Oh well, fuk em.

I hate pepsi since their latest ad-campaign... The girl in that commercial needs to be beat the out of!

No, the store already bought the drinks from Pepsi. The real loser is the store owner.

Which girl from which ad? If you're talking about the girl in the ad about the Pepsi/iTunes giveaway, she already got the kicked out of her. By the RIAA. Shes the 12 year old who was sued for $2,000 for sharing music.

If you're talking about Britney Spears, then yes, she does need the kicked out of her.

I am talking about the 12 yr. old from the pepsi/iTunes commercial, I say that because that commercial is a load of to begin with... It is against the law to file law-suits against people under the age of 18, and for copyright infringement to be criminal instead of civil (meaning that you can go to jail for it) you have to make over 1000 reproductions of a particular work, or make a significant imapcat on the economy. (btw, I have read all of Title 17 of the U.S. Code of laws)

So the whole illusion about a 12 year old being sued is just a farce for the commercial? BWAHAHAHAAA! What were they thinking at Pepsi?

Most of the lawsuits that the RIAA files get thrown out of court anyway, it is extremely difficult for them to prove the guilt of the defendants, and often they don't have grounds for the case... they are just doing it to scare people, there are approximately 57million people using p2p software (KaZaA has been downloaded almost 300,000,000 times, not to mention all of the other, better software out there) and only what, like 300 people have been sued.

You can view Title 17 of the U.S. Code at
