well I've owned Fruity Loops for quite some time now. I'd like to share with you the names of methods Every now and then when i'm working on a track I'll accidently work out something really cool and say ", that sounds like _________ from the Chemical Brothers" or something like that.
Now, obviously us people that now know what we know dont wish to just give away in detail all the methods we know.
So instead, just simply tell us which song it is and the approx time in the song where the section comes out.
If you dont understand just follow me... I'll set an example...
Chemical Brothers
=================
Dig Your Own Hole (the song)
section 4:59 to 5:27
Modified drum beat
The Sunshine Undergound
section 7:19 to 8:30
fast to slow "wow" chords (recreated perfectly)
and many more...
So to sum it up just put the duration of how long the synth or drum beat goes for then a brief description af the element you recreated. |

Besides, I usually just delete the .flp file that I made and then type up the method in word. |

| this thread doesn't really is nothing until you post up a sample for both to compare... i can just say that from "x" time to "y" time of "z" song is exactly the same as "a" time to "b" time of my own production which you have never heard which I call "c"... |

| how the hell is this helpful to anyone? if you wanna do a tutorial on how you got that sound that's fine, but don't sit there and brag that you got some stupid sound and then not offer to share how you got it... |

yeah I dont wanna see a bunch of posts where people are saying what they can re-create, but dont post a clip or even say How they got it. Wheres the point in that.
