Peobably cos you're searching for the wrong title, the real title is Kay D Smith & Marc Tall pres. Passive Resistance - Praiseworthy Tunes (Hoipolloi Mix). You can get it on the sampler to Marco V - Combi:Nations, but it has been out on Sniper about a year now: http://www.discogs.com/release/154981

I've just noticed that Passive Resistance has another release, titled "Hidden Soul", supposedly released in June 2003.

Has anyone heard this tune?

Agreed - it's hard to get tired of it.

By the way - in which genre would you guys place this tune?! I mean, Kay D Smith is known for producing progressive techno, but surely, this is more hardtrance or something similar, rather than techno?

For info on Kay D Smith try www.drizzly.de If you ask me, Praiseworthy Tunes is still techno. Just cos it has a nice big melody does not mean it can't be techno.

Why worry about what genre a track falls under? Either way it's still a corker...

One of my favorite tunes at the moment, first time i heared it was when Tiësto played it @ invited (Panama) and i was stunned
