| There wasa a post like this a while ago, i thought the tranceaddict one is good, it never freezes on mine, and it has handled a 7 hour file, so i aint complaining, i use cool edit at the mo, i dont no any others |

LOTS of different cutters and everything there
i cant really recomend any of those, cause i never use them
the on i use is called mp3tm210.exe or something
mp3 track maker
downloaded it from download.com i think
and it works very nice |
