Close, It is a state that the water is in. Water is densest at 4 degrees above zero, so when it hits 4 degrees it drops to the bottom. Then it just keeps piling up until it is all 3 degrees, then ice forms on top. |

Question that I’m going to ask not because I don’t think it can be answered, but because I want an answer!
If in physics, the primary colours are Red, Green & Blue, why is it that in art the primary colours are Red, YELLOW & Blue?

It's all about the differences between the RGB (red green blue) and the CMYK (cyan magenta yellow) colour models.
RGB can be thought of as an additive colour model where light is used to display colour. Red + Green + Blue = White, and the absence of colour gives black.
CMYK is the subtractive colour model where the colour results from reflected light (as used in art). The absence of colour here gives white. Cyan and magenta and often replace by blue and red for people who don't know what 'cyan' is. :p |
