Ukrainian government are bunch of morons. Pres. Leonid Kuchma is a moron and a criminal #1. When they gained their independence, they decided to make a bunch of "smart" decisions, which really drove country into a deeper .
I hope those missiles don't appear in the wrong hands. Although, most likely their resource has already expired, so they are useless pile of junk. |
