Jean-Michel Jarre! Wow, that must be a real treat. I enjoy many works of his, I have no doubt he inspired trance in a number of ways... and he did things that were seemingly inconceivable with the stuff he had back then.
I really admire those historical sets... like the ones that were captured in the moment of making history, so to speak. Only that we realize in hindsight, and listen to them over and over, and go WOW. Someone should make a web archive of these but I don't know how much the bandwidth would be for that... it would be tremendous if it caught on, which I think it easily would. Some of Oakenfold's early stuff for sure too... |

i think i read somewhere that this actually wasn't mixed by BT, that he just chose which tracks were going to be spun, and then Sasha mixed the set. dunno for sure though... a friend sent it to me. it is a damn good set though. |

actually come to think of it,.. i knwo my dad DID or DOES have magnetic fields umm 7 or 9 i think it is or sumthing like that i cant quite remember it is was just called magnetic fields and has oxygene 7 8 or 9 on it or sumthing like that.. but ill have a dig around see if i can find it jeesus h christ thatll be worth some spondooleys :D although i wouldnt sell it :p |
