Really looking forward to catching Preach & Kal's sets! :D
I haven't been out for a resident night in awhile either. I think last time I heard preach spin was last October or Nov.(!!) anyway.. far too long.. you'd think he's been touring a lot or something.. :tongue3
and Kal... been years I think.
I'm assuming the 'usual suspects' are hitting this up? ;) |

I am actually missing DJ Dan tomorrow night as a result of this.. which is *uber* rare... I never miss DJ Dan or Donald Glaude when they are in town!
I like my west coast funky house. :D

I got there a bit too late and missed most of Preach's set, unfortunately... but what I did catch of it was just what I needed to hear. :D
Although I hadn't seen Kal in a few years.. after last night I am sure it will be another few years before I see him again. His set just did not do it for me at all!! I found his set was better when he first started then as it went on.. which still isn't saying too much. I didn't find his style of mixing to be particularly interesting either. The dancefloor was moving though, so I'm considering this just a matter of personal taste. I was out of there before 6.
Nice to see my fellow 'TA' tekheads.. hehe ;)
What made my night though was scoring some old records I had been looking for for years!! :D

| Yea was a good night for sure and Preach's set was so hard I allmost died it was so amazing:D Nice meeting you Preach before Aria started with Raul and Mazen. |
