Probably, but pissing off the US generally isn't a good idea, so most countries wouldn't ask them to leave due to the risk of damaging diplomatic relations. |

and also, pissing off a government is not the same thing as pissing off the people in it... and for example US troops in saudi arabia, perhaps isn't pissing them off, but certainly pissing islmetic fundamentalists off, since it's holy land etc... |
